Art History in “The Bat”

While watching this murder mystery starring Agnes Moorehead and Vincent Price, I want you to look for an artwork depicting the Bridge of Sighs of Venice, Italy. I can’t say for sure, but it does share similarity with this 1910 painting created by Antonietta Brandeis.

On the other hand, the artwork in the film could be attributed to Marcos Grubacs.
