I believe that all my art history professors were former Time Lords. 

Why do I believe this?

• Crazy fashion sense.  Seriously, I had professors who either wore the tweed jackets, wore lots of patterns, or looked like they just walked off the catwalk.  I had one professor who wore scarves like Tom Baker.
• They all have this grand sense of time.

In other words, someone tell the Doctor that the Time Lords did not die, they just all became my art history professors.  Of course, I also think that Andy Warhol was a Time Lord too.  He had a keen idea about time and what was going to happen in the future.
