I love the way they lit this film.  Also, I am just impressed at how carefree and in control Picasso has with his tools.  Amazing how the man also creates different types of illusions in one subject.  One can find a face, a rooster, and fish in one being.

And lo, a polychromatic beauty comes out of a monochromatic world.

By the way, judging by this painting, has anyone given Picasso’s work the x-ray treatment?  We could find secret drawings in his paintings!  Wow, this just inspired me to pen a Da Vinci Code style story (with better research hopefully).
