Walk in Giza without having to worry about sand or sun.

Google just released a program that allows you to tour Giza’s wonders via a collage of photos.  Having explored it myself, I honestly say I enjoyed it. Here, I had the ability to gauge the pyramids’ grand scale and look at the Sphinx’s texture.  I liked how they did not erase the tourists, the spotlights that light up the pyramids at night, and the vendors marketing their wares. While I do want to experience the locations in person, I found this a nice substitute.

One quibble I had:  They don’t allow you to walk around the Sphinx.

Also, the program only lets you explore the pyramids, the Sphinx, and some other ruins.
